On-Site Support

Do you provide on-site technicians?

Yes, we can provide technicians to operate and monitor equipment during your event if requested.

What if something goes wrong during the event?

We test all our equipment before and after each rental. In the event something does go wrong we offer on-call tech support and can dispatch a technician for a fee.

Yes, changes can be made up to 2 days before the event, based on availability.

Equipment & Technical

Do you provide training on how to use the equipment?

Yes, we offer a basic walkthrough on how to operate the equipment correctly at the time of delivery after the equipment is setup and tested.

Is your equipment compatible with laptops or mobile devices?

Most of our equipment is compatible with standard devices that utilize the RCA audio cable. Kindly inform us of the devices you are currently using, and we will verify the compatibility.

Do I need a permit or power source for outdoor events?

Certain venues necessitate permits, and we advise you to verify this requirement directly with the venue. Additionally, power must be provided, and the quantity thereof is contingent upon the type of reequipment being rented.
